NJU series of external and internal accumulation oil suction filters are easy to connect, clean or replace the filter element, and can easily achieve oil tank closure. Product Introduction
(I) Introduction
NJU series tank-outside internal accumulation type oil suction filter is easy to connect, easy to clean or replace the filter element, easy to achieve oil tank closure, and equipped with combined flange, bypass valve, pollution accumulation cup, blockage transmitter and other devices. This product has been technically reviewed by many scientific research units and has been used in batches by hundreds of OEMs. It has been proven to be very effective and has been awarded the utility model patent certificate by the State Patent Office.
(II) Technical performance
1. Easy installation and connection: This filter can be installed on the top or side of the oil tank cover, the filter head of the filter is exposed outside the oil tank, the oil suction pipe is inserted into the oil surface from the top or side of the oil tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the pump suction port. The 25-1601/min specification is equipped with a combined movable flange, and the connection height can be adjusted up and down, so as to achieve full closure of the oil tank and further prevent pollutants from entering the oil tank.
2. Easy to clean or replace the filter element: When the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced, you can easily open the filter cover, take out the filter element and the dirt cup for cleaning or replacement, put it back in after cleaning or replacement, and put it into use after installing the cover.
3. With bypass valve: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants to the point where the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is 0.018MP, the transmitter will send a signal, and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, the oil bypass valve on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open (opening pressure: vacuum 0.02MP) to avoid oil pump failures such as air suction.
4. With filter element blockage transmitter: This transmitter is installed on the head cover of the filter. When the core is gradually blocked, the outlet vacuum degree and pollution of the filter can be observed from the self-test mirror of the transmitter, and it can also be connected to the power to send a signal (transmission value: vacuum 0.018MP).
5. With a dirt accumulation pot: the working medium flows through the filter element cavity and blocks the pollutants that exceed the filter element's filtration accuracy in the filter element cavity and concentrates them in the dirt accumulation pot. When the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced, the dirt accumulation pot is taken out with the filter element, and the filtered pollutants will not fall back into the oil tank when the filter element is replaced.

Note: The oil outlet flange, sealing ring, screws and oil suction pipe required for this product are all provided by our factory. Users only need to prepare the D3 pipe for welding.
