TF series external self-sealing oil suction filter
This filter is installed at the oil pump suction port to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components to avoid the inhalation of pollutants and impurities, effectively control the pollution of the hydraulic system, and improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. This filter can be directly installed on the side, top or bottom of the oil tank. The oil suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank, and the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank. It is equipped with a self-sealing valve, a bypass valve, a filter element pollution blockage indicator and other devices to prevent the oil in the oil tank from flowing out when the filter element is replaced or cleaned. This product has the advantages of novel design, easy installation, large oil flow capacity, small resistance, and easy cleaning or replacement of the filter element.

Product Introduction
(I) Introduction

This filter can be directly installed on the side, top or bottom of the oil tank. The suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank, and the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank. It is equipped with a self-sealing valve, a bypass valve, a filter element pollution blockage transmitter and other devices to prevent the oil in the oil tank from flowing out when the filter element is replaced or cleaned. This product has the advantages of novel design, easy installation, large oil flow capacity, small resistance, and convenient cleaning or replacement of the filter element.
(II) Performance and Features
1. Easy installation and connection, simplified system pipeline:
This filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom or top of the oil tank. The filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, and the oil suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank. The oil outlet is equipped with a pipe type and a flange type connection. The filter is equipped with a self-sealing valve and other devices, so that the pipeline does not need to be installed with other pipe fittings such as a stop valve, thereby simplifying the pipeline and facilitating installation. 2. The self-sealing valve is set to make it very convenient to replace, clean the filter element or repair the system:
When replacing, cleaning the filter element or repairing the system, you only need to unscrew the filter end cover (cleaning cover). At this time, the self-sealing valve will automatically close, isolating the oil tank oil circuit, so that the oil in the oil tank will not flow out, making it very convenient to clean, replace the filter element or repair the system. If the self-sealing valve is opened, it can also be used to drain the oil from the oil tank.
3. It has a filter element pollution indicator and an oil bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system: when the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the indicator will send a signal, and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time. If the machine cannot be shut down immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, the oil bypass valve on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open (the opening value is: vacuum 0.02MPa) to avoid the oil pump from sucking air. However, the machine should be shut down to replace or clean the filter element to keep the hydraulic system clean and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system.
