XNJ series in-tank oil suction filter (new type)

Product Introduction
(I) Introduction
The XIJ series in-tank oil suction filter has the following features;
A. Easy installation and connection: This series of oil suction filters are fixed on the cover of the oil tank through the mounting flange, and the filter element is directly inserted into the oil tank, thereby simplifying the system pipeline, saving space, and making the system layout more compact.
B. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, just unscrew the screws on the mounting flange and pull up the mounting flange to clean or replace it.
C. With filter element blockage signaling device: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants to a vacuum pressure of -0.018MPa, the signaling device sends a switch signal (user external electrical signal). At this time, the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time to avoid oil pump failures such as air suction.
D. With bypass valve: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants to a vacuum pressure of -0.018MPa, if the machine cannot be stopped immediately for cleaning or replacement of the filter element, the bypass valve installed on the upper end of the filter element will automatically open (opening pressure is -0.02MP) to protect the normal operation of the oil pump.
When users choose XIJ series filters, they must install a vacuum pressure transmitter. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum pressure is -0.018MPa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time.
