Product Introduction
(I) Introduction
The hydraulic air filter produced by our factory is a new type of hydraulic accessory, which has eight specifications. The structure of this product consists of two parts: air filtration and refueling filtration. It can not only prevent the mixing of particulate impurities during the refueling process, thereby simplifying the structure of the oil tank, but also facilitate the purification of the oil.
This product uses a copper-based powder metallurgy sintered filter. Compared with non-metallic filters, it has the characteristics of stable filtration accuracy, high strength, strong plasticity, easy disassembly and cleaning, and can withstand thermal stress and impact and work normally under high temperature. For many years, it has been used in many hydraulic system oil tanks.

(II) Working principle and use
When the hydraulic system is working, the oil level in the oil tank rises or falls from time to time. When it rises, the air is discharged from the inside to the outside, and when it falls, the air is sucked in from the outside to the inside. In order to purify the oil in the oil tank, an air filter is installed vertically on the oil tank cover to filter the inhaled air; at the same time, the air filter is also the oil filling port. The newly injected working oil must pass through the filter before entering the oil tank, thereby filtering out the dirt particles in the oil. In the hydraulic system, purifying the working oil is a very important link. The air filter can keep the oil in the oil tank clean, which can not only prevent dirt particles from entering the oil tank from the outside, but also extend the working cycle and service life of the oil and components, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic system. In addition, when the hydraulic system is working, the air filter can maintain the pressure in the oil tank and the atmospheric pressure in balance to avoid the possibility of cavitation in the pump.

(IV) Selection reference
For many years, our factory has tested the technical performance of hydraulic air filters with relevant scientific research units and supporting manufacturers. The conclusion is that the lower the air flow rate of the hydraulic air filter when it is working, the better the anti-pollution filtering ability. Therefore, there should be a certain margin when selecting a hydraulic air filter. Generally, the air flow rate is selected to be about 15 times the pump displacement.
