    ZU-H Pressure Line Filter

    The filter is installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and colloid, asphalt, carbon slag, etc. produced by chemical changes in the hydraulic oil itself, so as to prevent the valve core from getting stuck, the throttling orifice gap and damping hole from being blocked, and the hydraulic components from being worn too quickly.

    Product Introduction

    (I) Performance and Use

    The filter is installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and colloid, asphalt, carbon slag, etc. produced by the chemical changes of the hydraulic oil itself, so as to prevent the occurrence of faults such as valve core jamming, throttling orifice gap and damping hole blockage and excessive wear of hydraulic components.

    The filter has good filtering effect and high precision, but it is difficult to clean after clogging, and the filter element must be replaced.

    The filter is equipped with a pressure difference signaling device. When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to the pressure difference of the inlet and outlet oil ports of 0.35MP, a switch signal is issued. At this time, the filter element is replaced to achieve the purpose of protecting the safety of the system.

    The filter element is made of glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtering precision, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtering precision is calibrated with absolute filtering precision, filtering ratio β3, 5, 10, 20>100, filtering efficiency n>99%, and meets IS0 standards.
