    RFB Series Direct Return Oil Filter

    Product Introduction

    (I) Introduction

    The RFB series direct return self-sealing magnetic oil return filter is used for fine filtration of hydraulic system oil return, filtering out metal particles generated by component wear in the hydraulic system, as well as rubber impurities and other pollutants caused by seal wear, so that the oil flowing back to the oil tank remains clean.

    (II) Performance and characteristics

    1. This filter can be directly installed on the top, side or bottom of the oil tank. The filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, and the simplified part is immersed in the oil tank, thereby simplifying the system pipeline and making the system layout more compact.

    2. This filter is equipped with a permanent magnet, which can filter out ferromagnetic particles larger than 1 micron in the oil.

    3. With bypass valve: When starting with cold oil, due to the low system liquid temperature, flow pulsation and other three factors, the filter pressure difference is too large and the main machine cannot work, and when the filter element is blocked by pollutants, the bypass valve in parallel at the bottom of the filter cover will automatically open (the opening pressure difference is 0.4MP) to protect the filter element and the normal operation of the system.

    4. With a check valve: The filter is placed on the side and bottom of the oil tank, and the oil in the oil tank will not flow out when the core is replaced.

    5. It is equipped with a liquid diffuser, which is composed of the lower part of the cylinder to make the return oil flow smoothly into the oil tank, not easy to generate bubbles, reduce the re-entry of air, reduce the disturbance of deposited pollutants, and when the bypass valve is opened, it can play a coarse filtering role.

    6 It has a visual indication and electric signaling two-in-one signaling device, overflow pipe, and dirt accumulation cup. When the filter element is gradually blocked, the blockage of the filter element can be observed on the visual meter, and it can also be connected to the electric signal (the signal value is 0.35MP). The overflow pipe and the dirt accumulation cup are set at the bottom of the filter element, which can be taken out together when the filter element is replaced, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of pollutants falling back into the oil tank.

    7. The filter element is made of glass fiber, which has the advantages of high filtering accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtering accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtering accuracy filtration ratio β3, 10, 20>100, which meets the IS0 standard.

    8. It has the characteristics of convenient installation and replacement of filter elements: the oil inlet is flange connection 8. For the filter head and the oil tank installation flange, the user can design and process 6 flange screw holes on the oil tank plate according to the dimensions in the chart. Unscrew the filter top cover to replace the filter element or add oil to the oil tank.

    9. It has an attached oil return hole: There are two small oil return holes on the side and top of the filter head, which can be used to return a small amount of oil in the system to the oil tank for filtration or to add a small amount of oil to the oil tank. When the filter is installed on the side or bottom of the oil tank, unscrew the small hole cover to release the oil containing contaminated debris in the filter, thereby extending the service life of the filter element and facilitating the purification of the oil.
