Product Introduction
(I) Introduction
According to the requirements of the original Machinery Commission's Science and Technology Development Plan [87400842], the original Machinery Commission's Standardization Institute and the Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Industry Bureau's Information Institute jointly revised the GE1161 standard and drafted a new national standard for oil standards. Our factory undertook the task of trial production and manufacturing of oil standards. At the "National Standard for Oil Standards" held in Shanghai in September 1988, representatives unanimously agreed that the product had the advantages of advanced design, reasonable structure, and complete specifications. After testing by the Shanghai Hydraulic and Pneumatic Research Institute, all indicators met the national standard GE technical requirements and were included in the national standard plan for submission to the ministerial level for review. In 1990, the new national GE 1161-90 standard was officially implemented, filling a gap in the standardization of domestic oil standards.
The YWZ series liquid level thermometers produced by our factory are essential accessories for oil tanks, lubrication devices, cooling boxes and gear transmission boxes. They can indicate the level and temperature of the liquid.

Temperature: -20C to +100℃ and expressed in Celsius and Fahrenheit
Pressure: 01~0.15MPa
(V) Installation method and accessories
According to the center distance (E) size of the selected specification, process two installation holes. For example, when the wall thickness of the oil tank is <10mm, the two mounting screws have a light hole of φ1Imm; if the wall thickness of the oil tank is >10mm, the threaded holes of the two mounting screws are M10. The planes of the above two holes should be processed to prevent oil leakage after installation. Level gauge accessories: two nuts, washers, and sealing flat washers, all provided by our factory.
(VI) Ordering instructions
Select the specification according to the oil tank level. If a level gauge without a thermometer with a screw hole center distance of 250mm is required, the model is YWZ-250; if a thermometer is required, the model is YWZ-250T.
Note: The surface of this product must not come into contact with banana oil.
