    Product Introduction

    (I) Introduction and working principle

The YKJD type liquid level control relay is a new type of liquid level electrical signaling control device, which is mainly used for automatic control or alarm of internal liquid position and liquid source motor. It has the characteristics of compact structure, sensitive control and simple installation. Figure 1 is the cross-sectional view and installation dimensions of the device. During operation, the float rises or falls with the liquid level. When the liquid level raises or lowers the float to the signaling position, the relay operates the normally closed contact to disconnect and the normally open contact to close, so as to realize automatic shutdown or alarm.

    (II) Application examples

    1. Figure 2 is the application on the oil tank. When the liquid level is lower than the required position, the liquid level control relay YKJD acts: 1 and 2 are disconnected, the intermediate relay C line diagram is powered off, and the oil pump motor stops working.

    2. Figure 3 is used as a liquid level control alarm signaling device on the hydraulic station oil tank. When the liquid level is lower than the requirement, the liquid level control relay acts: 1 and 3 are connected, and the alarm works.

    3. Figure 4 is applied to the arrow water tank or some automatic control oil tank to realize automatic water or oil supply. Figure S Figure 6 foot installation diagram The principle is as follows: when the liquid level is lower than al, the liquid level control relay YKJD<I> acts (at this time YKJD<Ⅱ> is in working state, that is, 1 and 3 are connected), 1 and 3 are connected, and the current passes through the coil of the intermediate relay C (the normally open contact of C is closed) to make the water supply or oil supply motor work; when the liquid level exceeds al, the relay YKJD<I> acts: 1 and 3 are disconnected, and the current passes through the normally open contact C (at this time it is still in a closed state) to make the water supply or oil supply motor continue to work; when the liquid level exceeds a2, the relay YKJD<II> acts: 1 and 3 are disconnected, and the water supply or oil supply motor stops working. Later, as the liquid level drops, YKJD<II> acts: 1 and 3 are connected, but 1 and 3 of YKD< are still in a disconnected state, so the liquid supply motor still does not work until the liquid level drops below a1, and the liquid supply motor restarts.
