Self-sealing magnetic oil suction filter

This series of filters has a manual self-sealing valve. When replacing the filter element, the self-sealing valve should be closed to prevent the oil in the oil tank from flowing out. During installation, the filter should be immersed below the oil level. If the self-sealing valve is not fully opened, do not start the pump, otherwise it will cause the pump to suck air.

Introduction

This series of filters has a manual white seal valve. When replacing the filter element, the self-sealing valve should be closed to prevent the oil in the oil tank from flowing out. The filter should be immersed below the oil surface during installation. If the self-sealing valve is not fully opened, do not start the pump, otherwise it will cause the pump to suck air.

This filter is equipped with a filter element contamination blockage indicator. When the filter element is blocked by contaminants to the point where the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the indicator will send a signal. The filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time to avoid pump failures such as air suction.
