    Filter clogged with contaminants

    CS differential pressure transmitter is mainly used for pipeline filters. When the hydraulic system is working, the filter element in the filter is gradually blocked due to the interception of pollutants in the system, and the pressure of the inlet and outlet ports produces a pressure difference (i.e., filter element pressure loss). When the pressure difference value increases to the transmitter setting value, the transmitter automatically sends a signal to indicate that the system operator should clean or replace the filter element to ensure the safe operation of the system.

    Product Introduction

    (I) CS, CMS and CM differential pressure transmitters

    The CS differential pressure transmitter is mainly used for pipeline filters. When the hydraulic system is working, the filter element in the filter is gradually blocked due to the interception of pollutants in the system, and the pressure of the inlet and outlet oil ports produces a pressure difference (i.e., filter element pressure loss). When the pressure difference value increases to the transmitter setting value, the transmitter automatically sends a signal to indicate that the system operator should clean or replace the filter element to ensure the safe operation of the system.

    1. CS and CS-IV transmitters use switches to alarm the blockage of the oil filter, or use switches to cut off the control circuit related to the hydraulic system, thereby protecting the safety of the system.

    The connection thread of the CS-Ⅲ differential pressure transmitter is M22X1.5.

    The connection size of the CM differential pressure transmitter is the same as that of the CS-Ⅱ and CS-V.

    The CMS differential pressure transmitter is applicable to similar occasions as the CM type, and has visual indicators. The CMS-A is the same as the CMS type, but without visual indicators.

    2. CM-I type is a visual pressure differential indicator. The red indicator button on the top of the indicator highlights that the indicator is in operation and has alarmed. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, the red indicator button of the indicator should be reset manually. The connecting thread of the indicator is M22×1.5.

     

    (II) CY, YM and CYB pressure transmitters

    CY-I, CY-Ⅱ and CYB pressure transmitters are mainly used for oil return filters, and are also suitable for pressure monitoring of normal oil supply in hydraulic systems and thin oil lubrication systems.

    1. CY pressure transmitters are generally installed in the oil inlet chamber of the oil return filter. When the hydraulic system is working, the pollutants in the oil are continuously intercepted by the filter element in the oil return cycle, causing the oil inlet pressure of the oil return filter to gradually increase. When the pressure increases to the set value of the transmitter, the transmitter will operate. The indicator light or buzzer alarm is turned on in the form of a switch, indicating that people should clean or replace the filter element in time or cut off the control circuit related to the hydraulic system in the form of a switch to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. The connection thread between the transmitter and the filter is M18×1.5.

    2.YM-I is a visual pressure transmitter. When the indicator core rod on the upper end of the transmitter extends out of the red circle, it indicates an alarm. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, the indicator core rod automatically resets. The connecting thread of the transmitter is M18×1.5.

    3.CYB-I is a pressure gauge transmitter. When the return oil pressure reaches 0.35MPa, the pointer enters the red zone to prompt that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. The indicator light or buzzer alarm can also be turned on in the form of a switch. Note: It cannot be used with a computer.

     

    (III) ZS and ZKF-Ⅱ vacuum pressure transmitters

    ZS-1 vacuum pressure transmitter is used to protect the oil pump in conjunction with the oil suction filter. When the hydraulic system is working, the oil suction filter is clogged by pollutants, causing the oil pump to generate vacuum. When the vacuum reaches the transmitter setting value, the transmitter acts and turns on the indicator light or alarm in the form of a switch, instructing the operator to clean or replace the filter element in time, or cut off the control circuit of the hydraulic system when the alarm occurs, to ensure the safety of the oil pump: the connection thread between the transmitter and the filter is M18×1.5.

    ZKF-Ⅱ pressure gauge transmitter can directly display the vacuum value. When the vacuum reaches 0.018MPa, it can also turn on the indicator light or alarm in the form of a switch.

    Note: ZKF-1 cannot be used with a computer.
