(I) Performance and Use

The filter is installed in the return oil pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out metal powders from worn components and rubber impurities from worn seals in the oil, so that the oil flowing back to the oil tank remains clean, which is conducive to the circulation of oil in the system.

The filter is divided into four types: chemical fiber type, paper type, mesh type and wire gap type. The chemical fiber type has better filtering effect and higher precision than the paper type. It is more difficult to clean the chemical fiber and paper type filter elements after clogging, so the filter element must be replaced.

The filter is equipped with a pressure difference signaling device. When the filter element is blocked due to pollution and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.35MPa, a switch signal is issued. At this time, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.

The filter element is made of glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtering accuracy, large oil flow capacity, low original pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtering accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtering accuracy, filtering ratio B35, 10, 20>100, filtering efficiency n>99%, which meets the IS0 standard.
